Even after an unforgettable weekend at the 300th YCS Richmond and 300th YCS Dortmund, the Gatherers’ Tavern team is still lingering in the glow of it all. What surprised us most was the overwhelming response from everyone who stopped by. We came prepared, or so we thought, but the love for the ARTY and DOMARU line exceeded all expectations. Some of our ARTY Bags were sold out within the very first day, and we found ourselves wishing we had brought even more.
It was a deeply humbling moment for our team, and we were truly touched by the warmth and enthusiasm we received from the community. Take a look at the lovely panelists wearing our ARTY bags and the swarm of people who had attended the event!
As our very first time stepping into a YCS 300th event, we were proud to present our booth and bring our growing range of creations to duelists from all walks of life.
Leading the charge were the newest additions to our Tavern family: the Ojama ARTY Bag collection and the Penguin Knight ARTY Bag. These would soon be ready for order in the second half of the year.
From the moment the doors opened, the booth came alive. Duelists spotted the unmistakable faces of the Ojama Trio, Ojama King, and the ever-charming Penguin Knight from across the hall, and before long, laughter and excitement filled the space.
There is something irresistibly chaotic about the Ojamas, and something timelessly endearing about Penguin Knight. Together, they sparked conversations, drew smiles, and reminded everyone that in this game, personality always wins hearts.
Longtime Yu-Gi-Oh! fans were instantly swept up in nostalgia, while curious passersby, drawn in by bold and playful designs, found themselves just as captivated. Watching that wave of joy unfold, again and again, was nothing short of magical.
Sharing the spotlight was Mokey Mokey, who made his delightful event debut alongside the Ojamas. Soft, innocent, and just a little mischievous, this ARTY Bag quickly became a favourite throughout the weekend.
One of the most heartwarming sights throughout the weekend was watching duelists light up as they chose their favourite Kuribro and slung it over their shoulders.
Many stopped for photos at our booth, holding up their bags with wide smiles and playful summoning gestures. Some even matched their Kuribro to their decks or outfits, turning a simple accessory into something deeply personal.
Those snapshots captured more than just a product. They captured joy, personality, and the shared love of the game that brings this community together.
Seeing duelists walk away beaming, snapping photos with friends, and proudly showing off their new companion was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
We were also proud to unveil our DOMARU Armory Collection Boxes.
Designed to be sleek and functional, the Armory is available in both Horizon and Vertical formats. Each comes in two sizes, 133+ cards and 100+ cards, and in five striking colours: Alabaster, Obsidian, Carnelian, Lauzlite, and Malachite.
The DOMARU Armory Collection Vertex Duo 200+ Toploading Box quickly emerged as a favourite among Yu-Gi-Oh! players, with many drawn to its capacity and top-loading design.
Protection remains paramount at the Tavern, and our premium sleeves stood ready throughout the weekend. Available in Imperial Red, Regent Blue, Sylvian Green, Sunspire Gold, and Gothic Black, they offered a balance of durability and a smooth shuffle feel, making them a reliable choice for collectors and players across a range of trading cards.
We also showcased our 4 and 9 pocket binders in Turquoise Loch, Crimson Glow, Dusky Ochre, and Mountain Mist during the show.
What made them especially memorable was the ability for duelists to customise their binders with patches, turning each one into a reflection of their own identity and journey.
The full DOMARU binder lineup also includes 12 pocket options, along with two additional colours, Explorer’s Trail and Velvet Night, now available for preorder on our website. Looking ahead, we will also be introducing Yu-Gi-Oh! licensed patches, opening up even more ways for duelists to personalise their collections.
