Terms of service

By using the gathererstavern.com website and doing business with Gatherers’ Tavern Pte Ltd, you are subjected to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or cancellation of your order along with the forfeiture of your installment payments.

Please note that Gatherers’ Tavern reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You are subjected to the modified terms and conditions for any purchase made after such changes.

  • Order Submission. To place your order(s) at Gatherers’ Tavern, add items to your shopping cart and complete checkout. By completing checkout, you agree to purchase the items as well as any required shipping and tax. Your payment method will be charged by Gatherers’ Tavern, after which you will be notified of the order status by email.

    • We are unable to cancel and refund orders once they have been confirmed and/or received. Please only place an order (or pre-order) when you know you absolutely want the item(s). We will not be able to cancel your order should you change your mind upon checking out.

  • Payment Method. Gatherers’ Tavern accepts payment via:
    • Amex 
    • Apple Pay
    • Mastercard
    • VISA

All transactions will be completed in USD. By submitting your credit card information, you are giving Gatherers’ Tavern the right to charge your credit card for the amount indicated in the shipping cart.

  • Installment 
    • Take note that the installment you have paid to the seller in relation to the product is only refundable in the event the seller cancels release of the product.
    • Payments via installments should be completed in 3 months from the date of purchase. 
    • In the event you fail to complete the installment plan, Gatherers’ Tavern reserves the right to terminate the order and this shall result in the forfeiture of your payments and the release of the product to another willing buyer. 
  • Shipping and Customs. 
    All products are shipped from China unless otherwise stated.
    You agree to pay the shipping charges as required to ship your orders to you. You agree to pay any customs duties or VAT charged by your country's customs department. If you fail to pay these charges and the item is returned to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as charges required to send the item to you again.

    • If a package is refused due to excessive/refusal to pay import fees and duties or you remain uncontactable, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge Gatherers’ Tavern to return the package.
    • If Gatherers’ Tavern is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal, no refund will be issued.
    • You may wish to check an online calculator such as Simply Duty to get an estimated indication of the cost to expect from your country’s customs department.

  • Estimated Shipping Time.
Please be aware that our collectibles are frequently offered for pre-order on our website. This implies that the item you buy might not be ready for immediate shipment. Despite our efforts to ensure prompt delivery, our collectibles are meticulously handcrafted and painted from beginning to end. As a result, it may take several months from the conclusion of the pre-order period for the item to be delivered to you.
We will arrange for shipment of your item to you as soon as possible. Shipping, delivery dates and time of delivery are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Reshipment. If you are uncontactable upon delivery of your item, your item will be returned to Gatherers’ Tavern. Please contact or reply to us at contact@gathererstavern.com within 7 DAYS to request for a reshipment, exchange, or refund of your item. Please note that all reshipments are subject to stock availability, and that you remain responsible for any applicable reshipment fees and import duties. Any applicable refunds will be processed less the return shipping costs and international return fees and taxes (if applicable).

  • Pre-order Allocations. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond the control of Gatherers' Tavern, such as manufacturer cancellations or damage in transit, Gatherers’ Tavern may not be able to fulfil your shipment. If such a circumstance occurs, Gatherers’ Tavern will refund your payment.
    • Shipping Box / Arty Box Condition. We cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging, and we cannot file claims with our insurance company for any damage to the packaging. Damage to the packaging does not warrant a return or exchange of the item.

    • All Sales Are Final.  There is no returns or exchange policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.

    • Defects or Damages. You are highly encouraged to open your parcels upon receipt, to check on the condition of your product(s).
      Please take pictures for submission of serious defects.
    • Serious defects are defined as:
      • Structural instability where products cannot be fitted/used/displayed properly.
      • Major paint job defect.
        • Such defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

      • ¼ Scale Statues and Relief Sculptures:
      • Our items are individually hand-painted, assembled and made in limited runs for collectors worldwide. While we strive to ensure that our products are of the highest consistency and quality, visible joint lines are not uncommon due to the nature of our production process.
      • Nonetheless, should your item arrived broken or with missing pieces, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 DAYS of receiving the item and we would be more than happy to send you a replacement part.
      • You are required to provide an unboxing video and photos of the defects or damages along with your Order ID to our Customer Support team.
      • Serious defects are defined as:
      • Structural instability where products cannot be fitted/displayed properly.
      • Obvious chips or paint scratches
      • Missing parts or pieces
  • Mystery Boxes
    • Structural instability where products cannot be fitted/displayed properly.
    • Unpainted figures
    • Missing parts or pieces
    • If you received a defective figure in the mystery box purchased from Gatherers’ Tavern, we will gladly replace it with another mystery box. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the same figure you received originally as the figures in the mystery boxes are random, even to us. All mystery boxes are shipped at random, including the replacements.

  • You are required to provide photos of the defect or damages along with your Order ID within 7 DAYS of receiving the item to our Customer Support team. 
  • Final decisions are made at the sole discretion of Gatherers’ Tavern.
