MagicCon has come and gone once again, this time on the Edge of Eternity in Atlanta. As foretold in our MagicCon: Las Vegas Wrap-up, the Gatherers’ Tavern team has returned with more treats and treasures for you to love. We heard the cheer of the crowd as the doors opened and the queues formed, so come with us as we recap what went down this time at MagicCon Atlanta.

We launched our latest collection of liquid glitter Slab standees in line with the show’s Edge of Eternities theme. Our full series of Borderless Viewport EOE Slabs are stellar souvenirs of your travels in the Edge, showcasing its moons and planets behind spaceship windows. If you’re a planeswalker looking for something to bring back, you can count on these glitter-filled Slabs to show the wonders you’ve seen.

We also had two special EOE Slabs that did very well – one of Tezzeret, Cruel Captain with his Borderless Triumphant artwork by Magali Villeneuve, and another of Starfield Vocalist with her Japan Showcase artwork by nina. The intergalactic idol herself came by in a stunning costume to pose with her Slab, and if you were to look closely, she has one of our Chandra Planeswalker Kliggs keychains accessorising the end of her chain!

Our Kliggs also had some new additions to the lineup, from EOE keychains of the Seriema gang from Magic’s Story, to our second series of Commander keychains. Here is the lovely Miss Bumbleflower posing with her chibi keychain! Beside her on the rack is our Fblthp: Lost in Atlanta keychain, an exclusive for this MagicCon that we sold out on.

Here's another Miss Bumbleflower admiring her keychain, accompanied by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. Our second series of Commander keychains finally include designs of all our MTG ARTY characters, with Fblthp, Loot, Animar, Chatterfang, and Lathril. If you’re a major fan of a certain ARTY character, you can now get these matching keychains to complement your box.
Many of you also came back on Day 2 to get more keychains for your friends and family back at home of their favourite characters, which can be much more personal and affordable souvenirs compared to the typical deck box or card sleeves. It’s very sweet to see you all sharing these Kliggs with your loved ones, and we hope to make more so that everyone can find a character they love.
Hold on – is that Spiderman admiring our Kliggs?

Turns out this New York-based superhero had some time to swing by Atlanta for MagicCon. Looks like our MTG merch appeals to nerds from universes beyond too. Here’s a picture of Spidey hyping up one of the multiverse’s heroes with a 1:7 Chandra Nalaar scale statue. Next to that is our Sword of Fire and Ice statue that’s currently on preorder – a useful weapon on any plane.

Back to Lathril, there were quite a few cosplayers who found their miniature lookalike in our Lathril ARTY box. She’s so cute that you’d want to gently cradle this tiny elf queen in your hands, just like how the Lathril and Nissa below are doing.

By far, the most popular of the ARTY bunch was Chatterfang, Loot and Fblthp, all of whom sold out during the show. You Taverners really blew our expectations out of the water. Thank you all so much for showing your love of these silly little guys.

We launched our latest Animar ARTY box this convention, and some of you were coming up to us asking for it. This grassy elemental was being sold at the official MagicCon show store and got a warm reception from the crowd.

Of course, we can’t have a MagicCon without a photo booth, so to match our playmat, Cinnamon has set up a stall for freshly picked Georgia peaches. They certainly look good enough to eat!

We forgot however that fruit is bound to attract all kinds of critters. Imagine our surprise when a giant Furby showed up! No doubt it was here at MagicCon for the announcement of its Secret Lair drop. Thankfully for us, this Furby was one of the cuter ones, and not a horrifying monstrosity. Since it had no hands to go shopping with and was too big to walk through our aisles, we helped take some pictures for it at our photo booth.

Now we all know that some of you Taverners out there only follow us for our cat Cinnamon. You know who you are – we see you, and we hear you when you walk by and exclaim, “OMG IT’S CINNAMON!!!” Some of you newcomers also came to our booth just because you saw a cat. Understandable reaction, so thank goodness we had plenty of Cinnamon GT merch to go around.

For our exclusive MagicCon Atlanta 2025 playmat, we made more of them than ever before, and they sold out faster than any of our previous designs. There were just so many things happening in this playmat – from the various fantasy species in the crowd, to Cinnamon’s other animal companions in the background – we loved to see you have fun pointing out these little details.

Our Midnight Magic card sleeves sold out once again, almost entirely on the first day! They received overwhelming support from customers and retailers alike. Truly, the best place to have a cat watching over your games is on your sleeves themselves. Just look at that little face cheering you on!

We also made an exclusive Cinnamon MagicCon Atlanta 2025 T-Shirt which got a lot of praise for its design. We've noted your feedback about what kinds of sizes and materials you all would like to have in the future, so we’ll keep working on them for our upcoming shirts.
Cinnamon might not be at the show in person, but we’re always so glad to see that you guys love her just as much as we do. Thank you for supporting her, because she truly is the fluffy heart of our Tavern.

We’ve seen the previews of Lorwyn Eclipsed coming up in January 2026, and we’re just waiting in anticipation to show you what we have in store for the upcoming set. In the meantime, we’re not quite done with our releases for this year yet. From spooky surprises to new card storage systems, stay tuned on our socials @GatherersTavern and sign up for our mailing list to keep up to date on our drops.
Thank you all for such a fantastic end to the MagicCon season this year, you’ve truly made it one of the best. We’re very grateful for your support, and we’re always working hard to improve the customer experience to make it more seamless and enjoyable for you all.
We hope you’ll gather again at our Tavern, traveler!
